• Experience at General Manager or senior operational leadership level.
• Strong background across freight and 3PL.
• Proven track record of managing 250+ people.
• Experience managing multiple operational support functions.
• Highly commercially aware with budgeting, KPIs and profitability.
• Attention to detail with a structured approach to ops management.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and change.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of day-to-day operation and site performance.
• Lead and develop a workforce of 250+ employees.
• Manage all operational support functions and cross-functional collaboration.
• Drive operational excellence across freight and 3PL environments.
• Set objectives and ensure delivery of operational, commercial and service targets.
• Manage budgets, costs, KPIs, and profitability.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation and efficiency.
• Build relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Ensure high standards of Health & Safety, quality and customer service.
