Job summary

We Are Zenith is partnering with an expanding North-East based Manufacturer to recruit a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician on a permanent basis. The role focuses on proactively maintaining and improving production equipment across the plant.

Key duties include fault diagnosis, scheduled CMMS maintenance, and collaboration with the shift team to ensure smooth operation. Overtime may be required, and there is a strong emphasis on problem solving and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Time served and qualified to a minimum level of BTEC ONC is essential.
• Be willing to undergo training as identified through Engineers/Team Leaders.
• Help to develop and improve PPMs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and rectify faults on production equipment.
• Perform maintenance as scheduled by the CMMS.
• Work as part of the Production shift team communicating issues to other Technicians and Engineers.
• Complete shift log detailing information to ensure continuation/review of repairs.
• Assist with commissioning, development and improvement of production equipment.
• Some overtime working is expected.
• Any other duties commensurate with the position as and when required.
