Job summary
Pioneer Selection is seeking a Mechanical Bias Maintenance Engineer in the Newport area. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on production lines, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency. You may be paired with the day shift before taking ownership of your area.
The role offers progression opportunities, a double days pattern with a 7.5% allowance on the alternative shift and a performance bonus.
Qualifications
- Multi-skilled maintenance experience in manufacturing.
- nvq level 3 or above in electrical or mechanical engineering.
Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and breakdown fault-finding on production machinery.
- Oversee facilities and general site maintenance.
