Job summary

Pioneer-Selection-Ltd in Nottingham is recruiting a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a large FMCG manufacturing site. The role suits electrically or mechanically biased engineers who enjoy hands-on maintenance on fast-moving production lines and packaging equipment in a highly automated environment.

You will work in a close-knit shift team, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, fault-finding, and improvements to the maintenance programme.

Qualifications

Level 3 Engineering qualification or equivalent.
Strong mechanical OR electrical maintenance experience.
Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, food, packaging or similar environments.
Strong breakdown and fault-finding ability.

Responsibilities

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across high-speed production machinery.
Electrical and mechanical fault finding and repairs.
Complete PPMs and support maintenance improvements.
Work with conveyors, flow wrappers, mixers, ovens, and end-of-line equipment.
Identify recurring faults and support reliability improvements.
