Job summary

A Buckingham-based FMCG manufacturer is recruiting a Maintenance Engineer to join the site and drive preventative and reactive maintenance. You will play a key role in completing maintenance tasks and driving a strong continuous improvement culture.

You will work 4 on 4 off days, 6am - 6pm, collaborating with production and technical teams to improve workflows and ensure product quality and compliance across the facility.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG/Heavy industry
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
• Experience in shift/maintenance roles
• Level 3 qualification desirable

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative maintenance via a maintenance plan and reactive maintenance when required
• Adjust machinery to meet specifications
• Work cross-functionally with production and technical teams to drive enhancements
• Oversee equipment performance and calibration for quality and compliance
