Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a forward-thinking FMCG site near Boston, Lincolnshire. The role covers planned and reactive maintenance across automated production equipment, with the aim of reducing downtime and improving reliability.

The successful candidate will work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (days and nights), bring electrical and mechanical maintenance expertise, and be commutable to Old Leake, Boston.

Qualifications

• Must be a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer with electrical and mechanical maintenance experience.
• Experience with FMCG, manufacturing, production machinery, or packaging equipment.
• Commutable to Old Leake, Boston.

Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive maintenance across FMCG production machinery and site equipment.
• Fault finding, breakdown repairs, PPM.
• 4 on 4 off shift pattern, days and nights, 7:00am - 7:00pm / 7:00pm - 7:00am.
