Job summary

Pioneer Selection is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer for a fast-paced FMCG site in Norfolk. You will perform electrical maintenance on automated production machinery, fault-finding, and planned preventative maintenance to maximise uptime.

Working on a 4 on 4 off days and nights shift, you will support production targets, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to a stable, growing manufacturing operation with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Electrical maintenance experience in an industrial FMCG environment
• Recognised electrical engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent)
• Experience with PLC fault finding (advantageous)

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical maintenance on automated production machinery
• Fault-finding on production lines to maximise uptime
• Support production targets and drive continuous improvement
