Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a Shift Maintenance Engineer for a large FMCG manufacturer near Wrexham. You will maintain a wide range of automated production machinery, perform planned and reactive maintenance, and help maximise equipment reliability and site performance.

You will join a multi-skilled engineering team and contribute to breakdown response, continuous improvement initiatives and engineering projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Non-negotiable: NVQ Level 3 Engineering qualification (or equivalent).
• Non-negotiable: Multi-skilled maintenance experience.
• Non-negotiable: Previous manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Non-negotiable: Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding ability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a wide range of automated production machinery through planned and reactive maintenance.
• Assist breakdown response and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support engineering projects within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
