Job summary

360 Recruitment is seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer for a manufacturing site in the United Kingdom. The role covers planned maintenance, fault-finding, supporting production, updating maintenance systems, and preparing areas for start-up.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an engineering maintenance and fault-finding role within an FMCG environment.
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities across the site.
• Responding quickly to equipment breakdowns and fault-finding issues.
• Supporting production teams to maximise efficiency and performance.
• Completing maintenance work orders and updating maintenance systems accurately.
• Ensuring all factory areas are ready for production start-up.
• Driving continuous improvement, reliability, and root cause analysis activities.
• Contributing to cost reduction initiatives while minimising production downtime.
