Job summary

Körber Supply Chain is seeking an Industry Lead – FMCG to drive growth in its Warehouse Automation vertical. You will define the industry strategy, shape go-to-market initiatives and lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing and Product Management.

The role requires building strategic opportunities, engaging senior stakeholders and developing a scalable FMCG playbook for multiple regions, including international experience and disciplined CRM.

Qualifications

• Significant FMCG background with exposure to supply chain, logistics or warehousing.
• Proven track record in strategic sales, business development, market development or industry leadership.
• Demonstrated success in developing new business and building qualified sales pipelines.
• Strong understanding of FMCG supply-chain, logistics and distribution environments.
• Experience engaging and influencing C‑level and senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Körber’s global FMCG market strategy and identify priority sub-segments and accounts.
• Build and refine Körber’s value proposition for FMCG within Warehouse Automation.
• Engage target customers through business development, events, campaigns and partnerships.
• Lead early-stage opportunity development and work with regional sales teams.
• Translate market intelligence into recommendations for Marketing, Product Management and Go-to-Market strategies.
• Maintain CRM, pipeline management and forecasting with visibility of progress and performance.
• Provide SME guidance across customer engagements, proposals, and business cases.
