Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Field Sales Executive to cover Barnet, Potters Bar and Edgware, focusing on Cadbury, Oreo, Maynard’s, Bassetts and more. You will build relationships with Cash & Carry wholesalers and local stores, driving promotions, optimizing sales and product launches.

The role requires a driver’s license, a proactive sales mindset and the ability to travel within the territory. A permanent contract with a 6-month probation and a competitive package including a company car

Qualifications

• Sales experience in FMCG/CPG preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
• Perseverance and attention to detail.
• A driver’s license is essential with a maximum of 3 points.

Responsibilities

• Sell Mondelēz market-leading brands to Independent and Symbol retailers.
• Maximise visual impact and shelf availability via merchandising.
• Implement and monitor promotions.
• Place and manage point-of-buy materials.
• Report on activities and performance.
• Hit field KPI targets and annual objectives.
