Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Field Sales Executive to cover the Gillingham and Sittingbourne area of Kent. You’ll work with Cadbury, Oreo, Toblerone and other iconic brands, building relationships with independent retailers and driving promotions and visibility on-shelf.

You’ll join a supportive team led by James Harrod-Green and benefit from a permanent contract, a 6-month probation, a Monday-to-Friday schedule, a company car, mobile and tablet, generous annual leave, a pension, and

Qualifications

• Sales experience – preferably in FMCG/CPG but we will consider other fields.
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Selling our market-leading brands Cadbury, Maynard’s Bassetts and Oreo into Independent and Symbol retailers on a regular basis.
• Ensuring a maximum visual impact and an optimum shelf availability through merchandising techniques.
• Implementing and monitor promotional activities.
• Point of buying materials placement and implementation.
• Reporting on activities.
• Delivering the field KPI's and hit your annual objectives
