Job summary

Pioneer-Selection-Ltd is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a high-speed FMCG manufacturing site in Derby. You will maintain and improve production machinery, performing planned, preventative and reactive maintenance while diagnosing electrical faults to minimise downtime.

Working within a fast-paced environment, you will engage in root-cause analysis and CI projects, utilising PLCs, drives, and automated equipment to enhance site reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Electrical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Strong hands-on electrical fault-finding experience.
• Experience carrying out planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance within a fast-paced production environment.
• Recognised electrical engineering qualification to a minimum craft level.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned, preventative and reactive maintenance on high-speed production and packaging machinery.
• Perform electrical fault-finding and breakdown response to minimize downtime.
• Contribute to root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects to improve reliability.
• Work with a range of electrical systems, PLCs, drives and automated production equipment.
