Job summary

IQVIA in the United Kingdom is seeking a data-driven account support analyst to join our FMCG team. You will build regular reports for clients and internal teams, forecast volumes and performance trends, and present data-backed insights to support decision-making.

You will manage data packs, trackers and commercial files, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure accuracy and timely responses to client queries in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of FMCG experience.
• Experience in data-focused, administrative or commercial support roles.
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables and data manipulation.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint.
• Excellent organisation, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain regular client and internal reports.
• Forecast volumes, sales and performance trends.
• Analyse sales data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare data packs, summaries and client meeting presentations.
• Maintain trackers and commercial files across FMCG categories.
• Support trade performance analysis across Grocery, Convenience and Pharmacy.
• Provide timely responses to client queries.
• Handle daily administrative tasks supporting account operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy.
