Job summary

Ceuta Group, an IQVIA business, is seeking an Assistant Account Manager to support multiple FMCG product categories and trade channels with data-driven reporting, forecasting and commercial support. This role is analytical and operational, with no marketing input, focusing on building insights from client data.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy, manage day-to-day account administration and develop reports and presentations for client meetings.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year FMCG experience
• Experience in data-focused, administrative or commercial support roles
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables and data manipulation
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint
• Excellent organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Clear communication skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain regular reports for clients and internal teams
• Forecast volumes, sales and performance trends using client data
• Analyse sales information to identify risks, opportunities and key patterns
• Prepare data packs, summaries and presentations for client meetings
• Maintain trackers, documents and commercial files across multiple FMCG categories
• Support trade performance analysis across Grocery, Convenience and Pharmacy channels
• Provide accurate and timely responses to client queries
• Manage daily administrative tasks that support account operations
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment
