Job summary

GTS Group Ltd. in Slough is seeking an experienced FM Service Supervisor to lead a busy service support function across major UK contracts. You will oversee approximately 8 service coordinators and support up to 50 field-based engineers to meet contractual SLAs.

The role focuses on people leadership within FM/service operations, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and safe, compliant service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading FM/service operations teams.
• Background in Facilities Management or engineering services.
• Experience supervising field-based engineers.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of approximately 8 service coordinators.
• Coordinate up to 50 field-based engineers.
• Monitor workloads, attendance and KPIs.
• Oversee scheduling, dispatch and maintenance activities.
• Liaise with Service Managers, Sales and customers.
• Ensure compliance, RAMS and safety processes.
