Job summary

GTS Group Ltd seeks an FM Service Supervisor in Slough to lead a team of about 8 service coordinators and support up to 50 engineers across major FM contracts. You’ll ensure delivery of on-site service levels, manage workloads, and drive performance improvements within a busy facilities management environment.

The role emphasizes people leadership over process; previous FM/service operations experience and strong stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

Experience leading an FM/service operations team within facilities management.
Background in building services or engineering services with field support.
Proven ability to manage KPIs, SLAs and customer expectations.
Strong people-management, coaching and performance development skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of approximately 8 service coordinators/support staff.
Coordinate and support up to 50 field engineers across major contracts.
Manage workloads, attendance and performance to meet priorities.
Support delivery of FM contracts across banking, healthcare and other environments.
Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
