Qualifications

• Experience managing FM or building services contracts.
• Technical background with experience managing engineers and admin staff.
• Strong client-facing experience.
• Full Driving Licence.
• Live within commutable distance of Romford, Essex.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational delivery of planned preventive and reactive maintenance across multiple client contracts.
• Manage contract performance, ensuring compliance with SLAs, KPIs, statutory requirements, and health & safety standards.
• Oversee CAFM systems, job lifecycle management, contract mobilisation, client portals, and operational reporting.
• Direct subcontractor, engineer and coordinator performance, ensuring effective resource planning and service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the operational lead for key accounts and resolving service issues.
• Support commercial performance through WIP management, invoicing accuracy, margin improvement, and supplier credit control.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, service quality, and team performance.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic salary £45,000 - £55,000 DOE
• Working hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, 1 hour lunch
• 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
• 4% of the Employee's basic salary
• Expenses covered (travel allowance or car allowance negotiable)
