Join to apply for the FM Operations Compliance Manager role at Equans UK & Ireland.

Equans is a renowned energies & services contractor and a proud member of the Bouygues global industrial group. Our expertise spans the design, construction, and maintenance of buildings and critical infrastructure worldwide.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an FM Operations Compliance Manager to join our Facilities Management team at the Roche Products site in Welwyn Garden City. This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week, Mon to Fri from 8am to 5pm.

Key Activities:
  • Reporting to the Contract Manager / Contract Director.
  • Ensuring a standardised approach to FM operational services and managing Hard FM Services compliance, including statutory PPM performance, compliance documentation, internal directives, and business accreditations.
  • Ensuring site compliance with all H&S management and regulations.
  • Delivering safety management in line with SHEQ policies and representing the contract in client health and safety meetings.
  • Implementing and maintaining compliance tracking tools to ensure adherence to statutory engineering standards, SLA performance, and business accreditations.
  • Planning and managing PPM activities, ensuring contractors are inducted and supervised appropriately.
  • Providing regular compliance status reports to senior management and maintaining accurate compliance trackers.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Management experience with relevant technical qualifications (C&G / NVQ) and industry health & safety certifications.
  • Strong organisational skills and proactive approach.
  • Excellent relationship management and team collaboration skills.
  • Effective communication skills and client relationship management.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy and information processing.
  • Commitment to safety, attention to detail, and ownership of responsibilities.
