Job summary

Sodexo is looking for a reliable and customer-focused FM Multiskilled Operative to join our team at Trinity Bridge House in Salford. The role involves cleaning, porterage, hospitality support and general facilities tasks, with a strong emphasis on customer service and teamwork.

The position is a 17.5-hour-per-week Fixed Term Contract (1 year), offering the hourly rate stated and opportunities to contribute to a well-supported facilities team.

• Ability to identify the required standard for a task and complete it accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning duties to a high standard across the site.
• Set up meeting rooms and assist with hospitality requirements.
• Provide porter support, including moving furniture, equipment and stores.
• Respond to reactive cleaning and facilities tasks as required.
• Report maintenance issues, hazards and faulty equipment.
• Follow all Health & Safety, COSHH and site procedures.
• Maintain excellent customer service and professional standards.
• Support the wider team with general duties and additional tasks as required.

• the destination you should input is M3 5BS Job Introduction We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused FM Multiskilled Operativeto join our team at Trinity Bridge House.

You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the building, while also providing porter, housekeeping and general support services to customers and clients.

This is a varied role where you will be expected to deliver excellent customer service, work as part of a team and respond flexibly to the needs of the site.

What You'll Do Carry out cleaning duties to a high standard across the site.

Set up meeting rooms and assist with hospitality requirements.

Provide porter support, including moving furniture, equipment and stores.

Respond to reactive cleaning and facilities tasks as required.

Report maintenance issues, hazards and faulty equipment.

Follow all Health & Safety, COSHH and site procedures.
