Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a reliable FM Multiskilled Operative for Trinity Bridge House. The role involves delivering high standards of cleanliness, porter and housekeeping support, and exceptional customer service on site.

You will work Monday to Friday, 17.5 hours per week, with a fixed-term 1-year contract. The position pays £12.71 per hour and requires flexible team collaboration in a corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning, housekeeping, porter, facilities or hospitality services.
• Ability to follow cleaning, quality and Health & Safety procedures.
• Ability to identify the required standard for a task and complete it accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning duties to a high standard across the site.
• Set up meeting rooms and assist with hospitality requirements.
• Provide porter support, including moving furniture, equipment and stores.
• Respond to reactive cleaning and facilities tasks as required.
• Report maintenance issues, hazards and faulty equipment.
• Follow all Health & Safety, COSHH and site procedures.
• Maintain excellent customer service and professional standards.
• Support the wider team with general duties and additional tasks as required.
