Job summary

Workingwith Sodexo is seeking a dedicated team member to maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards across the building, while delivering porter and hospitality support. You will work within a team, provide excellent customer service, and respond flexibly to site needs.

The role involves cleaning duties, meeting room setups, porter tasks, and reporting hazards, with a focus on professional standards and a positive attitude. Prior experience in cleaning or facilities is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning, housekeeping, porter, facilities or hospitality services preferred.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment preferred.
• Experience working in a corporate or office environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning duties to a high standard across the site.
• Set up meeting rooms and assist with hospitality requirements.
• Provide porter support, including moving furniture, equipment and stores.
• Respond to reactive cleaning and facilities tasks as required.
• Report maintenance issues, hazards and faulty equipment.
• Follow all Health & Safety, COSHH and site procedures.
• Maintain excellent customer service and professional standards.
• Support the wider team with general duties and additional tasks as required.

This is a varied role where you will be expected to deliver excellent customer service, work as part of a team and respond flexibly to the needs of the site.
