Job summary

Yolk Recruitment Ltd is seeking an FM Data Transformation Lead to own a significant data and reporting transformation programme across facilities management. The role blends FM operations, data and BI, driving from assessment through to BAU handover while delivering a governed data framework and KPI library.

Hybrid working with on-site requirements and security clearances (BPSS to start, SC needed) ensure strict governance. Travel minimal within the UK.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading data, BI or reporting transformation programmes from discovery through to implementation and handover.
• Strong experience within Facilities Management, Estates, Property, Workplace or a closely related environment.
• Strong practical understanding of data governance, data ownership and data quality.
• Experience developing KPI frameworks and establishing consistent definitions and calculation methodologies.
• Strong understanding of data modelling, data integration and reporting architecture.
• Strong Power BI and BI/reporting knowledge.
• Experience working with multiple data sources and identifying duplication, inconsistencies and data quality issues.
• Experience translating operational requirements into practical data and reporting solutions.
• Strong programme or workstream management experience.
• Experience managing milestones, dependencies, risks and deliverables.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Confidence challenging requirements and escalating decisions where appropriate.
• Experience with UAT, implementation, user adoption and transition into BAU.
• Strong documentation and knowledge-transfer skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the FM Data & Reporting Transformation Programme.
• Develop and maintain the programme plan, including milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions and deliverables.
• Review and validate existing work and determine what can be retained, developed or replaced.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple FM functions and stakeholder groups.
• Provide regular progress reporting to FM leadership.
• Identify and escalate risks, issues and decisions requiring senior intervention.
• Maintain clear programme documentation and evidence of delivery.
