Thermatic Technical FM is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee day-to-day FM service delivery for key client contracts in central London. You will ensure high standards, compliance, and client satisfaction while coordinating engineers, subcontractors, and support staff.

The role requires strong knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, budgeting, and safety regulations, with experience in CAFM systems and digital change initiatives. Onsite with flexible hours and growth potential.

Competenze

• Experience managing FM services across contracts or multiple client accounts.
• Strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with health and safety legislation and RAMS procedures.
• Experience using CAFM systems for scheduling, tracking and reporting.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day FM services across assigned contracts (1–2 clients).
• Act as main client contact at operational level; attend meetings and address issues.
• Ensure SLA/KPI compliance and health & safety regulations.
• Coordinate engineers, subcontractors and suppliers; ensure RAMS, permits, parts and materials ready.
