Job summary

Midwales Recruitment is seeking a reliable forklift operator to join our client’s team in a busy yard environment. The role involves operating a counterbalance forklift, moving goods safely and efficiently, and maintaining smooth yard operations.

You will load, unload and transport materials around the yard, including curtain side containers. A valid forklift licence is essential, with previous container handling experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid counterbalance forklift licence (essential).
• Experience loading/unloading curtain side containers.

Responsibilities

• Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload and move materials around the yard.

Job description

Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm

The role will involve operating a counterbalance forklift and keeping the yard running smoothly, moving goods safely and efficiently around the site.
