Job summary

Adecco is recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturer for a Temporary FLT Operator to support warehouse operations, stock control and dispatch across the UK and internationally. You will operate Counterbalance and Bendi/Flexi FLTs, load and unload, store stock, and use Warehouse Management Systems to record movements.

Working a rotating 4-on, 4-off pattern with day and night shifts, there is a strong focus on safety, quality and accuracy in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence.
• Valid Bendi/Flexi FLT licence.
• Previous experience operating FLTs within warehouse/manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate Counterbalance and Bendi/Flexi FLT trucks safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload vehicles and move stock throughout the facility.
• Prepare outbound deliveries for UK and international customers.
• Use warehouse management systems and scanners to record stock movements.
• Carry out daily FLT safety inspections and maintain inventory accuracy.
