Job summary

Flexistaff Solutions Ltd in Dunstable is seeking a Warehouse Operative with FLT Reach and Counterbalance licences. The role is on-going temporary with a potential to go permanent, on either AM or PM shift, 06:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00.

Starting pay is £14.60 per hour, increasing to £15.10 per hour under AWR, with immediate start. Responsibilities include order picking, stock movement, loading/unloading, and maintaining safety and housekeeping standards in a busy warehouse.

Qualifications

Job Description:

Warehouse Operative – FLT Reach & Counterbalance

Location: Dunstable
Shift: Monday to Friday, 06:00 – 14:00 or 14:00 – 22:00
Pay: £14.60 per hour, increasing to £15.10 per hour under AWR
Contract: Ongoing Temporary, with the opportunity to become Permanent
Start Date: Immediate

We are currently recruiting for a warehouse operative to join am or pm shift team on an ongoing temp-to-perm basis.

The successful candidates will have experience operating both FLT Reach Truck and FLT Counterbalance and will be comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities;

• Order picking and preparation
• Pallet put-away and stock movement
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Operating FLT Reach and Counterbalance trucks safely
• Maintaining good standards of warehouse housekeeping and hygiene
• Carrying out general warehouse duties and other tasks as required

About You;

• Valid and relevant FLT Reach Truck and Counterbalance licences/certificates
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Good attention to detail and a reliable approach to work
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Comfortable with manual handling and lifting bags weighing up to 25kg
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures
