Job summary

Adecco is seeking a FLT/Material Handler for a temp-to-perm role in the Goods In Department. You will receive and unpack goods, book via JD Edwards, and conduct stock moves and cycle counts to keep inventory accurate.

Bring a valid FLT licence and experience, plus knowledge of MSDS and third-party systems. The role runs 8:00–16:00, Monday to Friday, with driving required and a strong emphasis on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Valid FLT licence and relevant experience.
• Good understanding of Third-Party Systems (Courier services, MSDS).
• Ability to follow instructions precisely and work safely.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unpack goods, ensuring accurate booking via JD Edwards.
• Perform JDE transactions relevant to your role.
• Locate bulk/pre-packs in hazard warehouses.
• Pick stock for repack orders and manage returns efficiently.
• Conduct cycle counts as per work instructions.
• Handle fine chemicals in compliance with CEM regulations.
• Maintain stock levels of consumables and manage requisition processes.
• Operate equipment safely and report any defects.
• Uphold site security policies and adhere to environmental and quality procedures.
• Follow Health and Safety precautions diligently.
