Job summary

Manpower Group (UK) is recruiting for a Goods In Department - Material Handler I in Heysham. You will receive and unpack goods, book them in via the JD Edwards system, and locate stock in onsite warehouses. A valid FLT licence is essential, with strong team and communication skills and prior warehouse experience.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00, at a pay rate of £13.20 per hour. duties include cycle counts, shipment preparation, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality

Qualifications

• Must have FLT licence and valid certification.
• Experience in warehouse or materials handling environment.
• Good computer literacy and ability to follow procedures.
• Attention to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive and book in goods using JD Edwards system.
• Locate stock in warehouses and prepare it for repack or shipment.
• Perform cycle counts and resolve not-on-location discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate packing, labeling, and paperwork for shipments.
• Maintain records and comply with environmental, health and safety policies.
