Job summary

Manpower is seeking an experienced B1 Counterbalance FLT Driver to join a busy Grimsby site. This role offers consistent shifts, long-term potential, and a path to permanent opportunities for the right candidate.

Based in Grimsby, you must reliably travel to site and work a Sunday-Wednesday, 9:00am–9:00pm rota that includes weekends. Immediate start after interview with ongoing work and potential permanency.

Qualifications

• Valid, in-date Counterbalance (B1) FLT licence.
• Proven experience as an FLT Driver.
• Comfortable working across Coldstore, warehouse, and yard environments.
• Flexible to work weekends in line with planned rota.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Counterbalance FLT (B1).
• Move stock between warehouse, yard, and Coldstore.
• Load and unload goods safely and efficiently.
• Support warehouse and yard operations as required.
• Assist other teams when needed.

Working Hours

• Sunday-Wednesday
• 9:00am - 9:00pm
• Includes weekend working as part of the rota

Pay Rates

• £12.71ph

What You'll Be Doing

• Operating a Counterbalance FLT (B1)
• Moving stock between warehouse, yard, and Coldstore
• Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently
• Supporting warehouse and yard operations as required
• Assisting other teams when needed

What You'll Need

• Physically fit and able to support manual tasks when required
