Job summary

Ambitions Personnel in Bilsthorpe is seeking an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver to join a busy site on a temporary and permanent basis. The role offers a 4 days on / 4 days off day shift and a competitive rate of pay.

You will be responsible for operating a Counterbalance forklift, loading/unloading vehicles, moving stock around the site and supporting warehouse and production teams. The ideal candidate holds a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence, has recent FLT experience, and

Responsibilities

• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently.

• Loading and positioning goods for dispatch.

• Completing daily forklift safety checks.
• Ensuring materials are stored safely and correctly.
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment.
• Following all site health and safety procedures.

About You

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Counterbalance FLT Driver who:

• Holds a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
• Has recent and relevant Counterbalance FLT experience
• Is reliable, punctual and safety-conscious
• Can work confidently both independently and as part of a team
• Has a positive attitude and is willing to get stuck in
• Is comfortable working a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
