Job summary

Pertemps Leicester Industrial is seeking FLT Counterbalance Drivers for a Leicestershire warehouse. Roles include operating a counterbalance forklift, loading/unloading, and stock movement with immediate starts and ongoing work.

Two shift patterns are available: 2pm–10pm Monday–Friday or 6pm–6am on a 4-on/4-off cycle. Applicants must hold a valid B1 counterbalance licence and have prior FLT experience, plus a reliable, team-oriented attitude.

Job description

Pertemps Leicester Industrial seeks FLT Drivers – Days for a Leicestershire warehouse. This temporary post pays £13.00 to £13.59 hourly. Two rotas exist: Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10pm, or a 4-on 4-off pattern, 6pm to 6am. Duties cover operating a counterbalance truck safely, loading and unloading vehicles, shifting stock within the warehouse and yard, plus general tasks when needed. Candidates require a valid B1 counterbalance licence, recognised across the industry, alongside prior forklift experience. Reliability, a strong work ethic and teamwork suit this position. Immediate starts are available with ongoing work. Health and safety rules must be followed at all times.
