Job summary

The Best Connection is currently recruiting two Production Operatives for our Ranskill site near Retford. You will perform general production tasks, operate machinery and loaders, and work with the team to meet quality standards.

This full-time, temporary ongoing role offers night shifts (10:00pm–6:00am, Sunday to Thursday) and rotating day/afternoon shifts (6:00am–2:00pm, 2:00pm–10:00pm). A valid B1 FLT licence is required.

Qualifications

• Previous production or manufacturing experience.
• Valid and in-date B1 FLT licence (in-house licences considered if current).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic.

We are currently recruiting for two Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Ranskill, near Retford.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals with previous production experience and a valid B1 FLT licence.

Available Shifts

Production Operative - Night Shift

• Sunday to Thursday
• 10:00pm to 6:00am

Production Operative - Rotating Days & Afternoons

• Weekly rotating shifts:
  • 6:00am to 2:00pm
  • 2:00pm to 10:00pm

Duties

• General production and manufacturing duties
• Operating machinery and equipment safely
• Loading and unloading materials
• FLT operation as required
• Maintaining high standards of quality and housekeeping
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures

Requirements

• Previous production or manufacturing experience

Due to the location of the site and limited public transport links, candidates must have their own transport and be able to commute reliably to Ranskill.
