Job summary

People Solutions are recruiting an FLT Reach & Counterbalance Driver for a site in Coalville. You will operate Reach Truck and Counterbalance FLTs, loading/unloading, receiving and storing stock, and supporting general warehouse duties.

Ongoing full-time work with a clear path to permanent placement for suitable candidates. The role offers an excellent hourly rate of £14.00, weekly pay, overtime options and onsite parking.

Qualifications

• Valid Reach Truck and Counterbalance licences (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited).
• Previous experience operating Reach Truck and Counterbalance FLTs.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Reliable and flexible approach to work.
• Positive attitude and willingness to undertake warehouse duties.
• Ability to carry out manual handling tasks.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Driving and operating Reach Truck and Counterbalance FLTs safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading vehicles.
• Receiving goods into the warehouse.
• Stowing pallets within warehouse racking.
• Moving stock throughout the warehouse.
• Carrying out general warehouse duties alongside FLT work.
• Checking the quantity and visual quality of incoming and outgoing goods.
• Receiving and unpacking deliveries.
• Preparing stock ready for dispatch.
• Following all health and safety procedures at all times.
• Manual handling and heavy lifting where required.

FLT Reach & Counterbalance Driver - Coalville

People Solutions are currently recruiting for an FLT Reach & Counterbalance Driver to join our well-established client based in Coalville.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing work, weekly pay, immediate starts, and genuine opportunities to secure a permanent position.

This would suit applicants who have worked as a Reach Truck Driver, Counterbalance Driver or Forklift Truck Operator.

Rates of Pay:

• £14.00 per hour
• Weekly pay

Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Friday
• 04:00 - 12:00 or 09:00 - 17:00
• Ongoing full-time work
