Job summary

KineticPlc in Wallsend, United Kingdom, is seeking reliable FLT Drivers for long-term temporary contracts. Night shift hours are 10pm–6am Monday to Thursday, and a shorter shift on Fridays, with a £17.17 hourly rate.

Applicants must hold a valid FLT license (C/B and/or Reach), be able to certify, and have experience loading and unloading heavy goods. Duties include loading/unloading, forklift operation, inventory counts, and maintaining a safe, orderly work area.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading goods onto machines, trucks or containers accurately and efficiently.
• Operating and monitoring forklifts to move goods.
• Handling and moving goods, ensuring they are secured during transport.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area around loading zones.
• Adhering to SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Assisting with inventory counts and ensuring accurate stock levels.
• Working with team members to complete tasks efficiently.

FLT Drivers wanted for long term temporary contracts in Wallsend. Must hold a valid in date Counterbalance License and be able to provide certification. This position is Nightshift only. Working hours are: Monday - Thursday 10pm - 6am & Friday working a shorter shift finishing before midnight. £17.17 per hour. 38 hours per week.

• Maintaining a clean and organised work area around machines and loading areas.

• Assisting with inventory counts and ensuring accurate stock levels.
• Working with team members to complete tasks efficiently.

Skills and Experience
