Job summary

LWC Drinks is seeking a dedicated FLT Driver to join our Manchester depot team. The role supports day-to-day warehouse operations, including loading and unloading vehicles, order picking, and ensuring correct stock storage with FIFO rotation.

You will report to the Warehouse Operations Controller and work Monday to Thursday nights. We offer a discretionary £2000 KPI-based bonus and a stable career with a fast-growing drinks company, backed by strong customer service commitments and team

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to health and safety procedures.
• Experience in stock control and FIFO rotation.
• Ability to perform stock takes accurately.
• Maintain clean and orderly warehouse areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading/unloading of vehicles and placement of stock.
• Ensure correct storage locations and FIFO stock rotation.
• Accurately pick orders and place items for deliveries.
• Report stock issues to supervisory or stock control team.
• Maintain housekeeping standards at all times.
• Complete out-of-date lists, damaged stock lists and MHE records.

Job description

Job Title: FLT Driver

Reports to: Warehouse operations controller

Depot: LWC Manchester

Main Duties

• Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the purpose of the FLT driver will be to complete tasks which assist the day to day running of the warehouse, the upkeep of the warehouse, the organisation of warehouse locations loading and unloading of vehicles, order picking and to ensure correct storage of all products. Manual handling is one of the main elements of this role.

Key Skills

• Adheres to the warehouse health and safety procedures
• Responsible for correctly picking orders from the stock locations as directed and placing in the correct areas for deliveries
• Reporting stock issues to supervisory or stock control team
• Ensure that all stock delivered is put away in a timely manner; all stock must be put away in the correct warehouse locations, ensuring FIRST IN FIRST OUT stock rotation is adhered to and match the notes received
• Assist in the stock takes when requested
• Assist with ensuring that housekeeping standards are maintained at all times
• Filling out the correct information on the out-of-date list, damaged stock list, and MHE records
• Being able to prioritise workloads
• Flexible approach to working

Monday - Thursday - 6pm - 5am

A discretionary £2000 bonus may be granted, subject to performance against defined KPIs.
