Job summary

Randstad Inhouse Services is seeking a FLT Driver & Production Operative in Wigan to operate a counterbalance FLT and perform production line duties on the plant floor. The role requires manual handling and timely dispatch of products in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid Counterbalance FLT license with at least 6 months of forklift experience and be flexible across early, late, and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Active, accredited FLT Counterbalance license is mandatory.
• At least 6 months of forklift experience required.
• Flexibility across rotating morning, afternoon and night shift patterns.
• Reliable travel arrangements to the Wigan site (WN5 0LB) required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manufacture, and dispatch diverse food items in a fast-paced production setting.
• Combine FLT operation with machine and line work on the plant floor.
• Transport raw ingredients, finished products, and packaged goods for dispatch.
• Collaborate to uphold product quality standards.
• Adapt to training and deployment across different factory units as needed.
