Job summary

NRL Ltd's client is recruiting a Warehouse Operative with FLT experience in Washington. The role is permanent, full-time, and involves stock handling, picking, packing and dispatch within a fast-paced environment.

The candidate must hold a valid FLT licence and be able to work rotating shifts (6:00am–2:15pm or 11:00am–7:15pm) starting in December, with safety and accuracy as core requirements.

Join NRL's client, a global consumer brand operating across the sports, outdoor, footwear and lifestyle sectors, with a diverse portfolio of established brands. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated Warehouse Operative with valid forklift truck experience who's seeking a hands-on role starting in December.

Location and Working Pattern

This is a permanent, full-time position based in Washington. The role operates on rotating shifts:

• 6:00am - 2:15pm
• 11:00am - 7:15pm

You must be able to work both shifts.

Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Operative - FLT Driver, you will be responsible for:

• Receive, check and store stock using a computerised stock locates system.
• Pick and pack orders accurately in line with production timetables and customer specifications.
• Dispatch customer orders efficiently according to company procedures.

Goods Inward

• Safely load and unload delivery vehicles.
• Operate forklift equipment (Counterbalance or Reach) in accordance with safety standards.
• Move, store and pick stock.
• Operate other warehouse equipment such as pallet trucks as required.

Stock Management

• Maintain accurate stock levels and product quality.

Health and Safety Compliance

• Follow all health and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.

Must-have Requirements
