Job summary

Streamline Services Consultancy Limited in Tilbury is recruiting an experienced Forklift Driver to join a busy timber and materials operation. You will operate a forklift safely, load and unload vehicles, and move timber, metal sheets and other materials around the site.

The ideal candidate will have an in-date FLT licence, proven experience moving heavy materials, and a solid understanding of site health and safety procedures.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Forklift Driver to join a busy timber and materials operation based in Tilbury.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a forklift safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Moving timber, metal sheets and other materials around the site
• Handling heavy and oversized loads safely
• Ensuring materials are stored correctly
• Following all site health and safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous FLT experience is essential
• Indate FLT licence
• Proven experience moving timber, metal sheets or similar heavy materials
• Confident and competent operating an FLT in a busy environment
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Able to work the full Monday to Friday night shift

Shift: Monday to Friday, 19:00 - 04:00

Pay Rate: £14.18 per hour

Location: Tilbury
