Job summary

Staffline is currently recruiting for an FLT Driver in Northampton to join a busy warehouse operation handling home appliances, washing machines and dishwashers. You will operate Counterbalance and Reach trucks, assist with loadings and despatch duties, and work on fixed shifts with overtime opportunities.

A valid FLT Counterbalance Licence is preferred, with full training provided. Salary ranges from £13.65 to £15.92 per hour, with overtime paid at time and a half.

Qualifications

• Must have FLT Counterbalance licence or in training for one.
• Experience in a similar role is desirable but full training is provided.
• Full training provided and support to achieve permanent status.

Responsibilities

• Operate Counterbalance and Reach trucks to move/load dishwashers and washing machines.
• Assist with despatch tasks, unloading containers when required.

Great opportunity to work as an FLT Driver for our client, which deals with home appliances, washing machines and dishwashers.

Staffline is recruiting FLT Drivers in Northampton.

The rate of pay is:

• Monday to Friday AM - £13.65 per hour
• Monday to Friday PM - £14.78 per hour
• Monday to Friday Day £14.22 per hour
• Sunday to Thursday - £15.92 per hour

Overtime is available and is paid at time and a half.

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts. The hours of work are:

• Monday to Friday 06:00am - 14:00pm
• Monday to Friday 14:00pm - 22:00pm
• Monday to Friday 08:00am - 16:00pm
• Sunday to Thursday 22:00pm - 06:00am

Your Time at Work

As a FLT Driver you will be using Counterbalance (Clamp) and Reach trucks to move/load dishwashers, washing machines etc.

All of the drivers will have to go for two weeks on despatch to unload containers with sofas, chairs etc.

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker must have an FLT Counterbalance Licence.

Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
