Job summary

Staffline is recruiting for an FLT Driver in Rugby to operate VNA, Reach, Bendi and Counterbalance forklifts in a busy warehouse.

This full-time role is 4 on 4 off, with night shifts 18:00 to 06:00. You will load/unload, move pallets, and keep accurate movement records; a valid forklift licence is required. On-site canteen and free parking are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid VNA or Counterbalance forklift licence is required.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Must be able to sit/stand for long periods and lift/move items.

Responsibilities

• Safely operating VNA and Counterbalance forklifts to move, stack and retrieve pallets.
• Loading and unloading vehicles and ensuring goods are handled securely.
• Transporting stock to designated areas while maintaining accurate movement records.

Great opportunity to work as an FLT Driver (VNA, Reach, Bendi and Counterbalance) for our client, which deals with various alcohol, water, and baby products.

Staffline is recruiting FLT Drivers in Rugby.

The rate of pay is £14.63 - £21.95 per hour.

This is a full-time role working 4 on 4 off and the hours of work are:

• 18:00pm to 06:00am

Your Time at Work

As an FLT Driver, your duties include:

• Safely operating VNA and Counterbalance forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve pallets within the warehouse.
• Loading and unloading vehicles, ensuring all goods are handled securely and efficiently.
• Supporting warehouse operations by transporting stock to designated areas and maintaining accurate movement records.

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker will have the ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift or move items up to a reasonable weight. You will have strong operational ability with VNA and Counterbalance trucks, including safe manoeuvring in tight warehouse spaces.

Applicants will have good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. You will be reliable and have strong work discipline.

A valid VNA or Counterbalance Licence and experience in a similar role are required.
