Job summary

The Best Connection are recruiting reliable and dedicated Counterbalance Forklift Truck drivers for night shifts in the Gloucester area to support a cold store logistics operation. A valid Counterbalance FLT licence is essential and experience in a cold store environment is preferred.

The role offers rotating 6pm-6am shifts with 4 on 4 off pattern and overtime opportunities. Benefits include weekly pay, generous leave, pension contributions, and online payslips.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.
• Unloading and loading lorries.
• Move frozen stock around the warehouse.
• Perform general warehouse duties as required.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, tidy and organised.
• Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.

The Best Connection is recruiting reliable and dedicated Cold Store Night FLT Counterbalance Drivers in the Gloucester area to support operations within a Cold Store Logistics Company.

A valid Counterbalance FLT Licence is essential

Pay Rates:

• £14.00 Per Hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
• Unloading and loading lorries
• Moving frozen stock around the warehouse
• General warehouse duties as required
• Keeping the warehouse areas clean, tidy, and organised
• Liaising with other warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations

Key Skills & Attributes:

• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physically fit for repetitive tasks and standing

Shift Pattern:

• 6pm-6am
• Rotating shift basis 4 on 4 off, 12 hour shifts
• Overtime is available based on production requirements
