Job summary

The Best Connection are recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy manufacturing environment in Telford. 4 on 4 off, 12-hour rotating days and nights, with 80% of shifts on FLT and a pay rate of £13.53 per hour.

Role involves loading/unloading vehicles, moving stock around site, and supporting production lines with materials while maintaining high safety standards and reliability.

Qualifications

• Valid and in-date FLT Counterbalance licence – ESSENTIAL
• Previous FLT experience within a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Ability to work rotating day and night shifts
• Good awareness of health and safety procedures
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy manufacturing environment in Telford.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a well-established company operating a 4 on 4 off, 24/7 shift pattern.

The Role

• Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Moving stock and finished products around site
• Supplying production lines with materials
• Completing routine safety checks
• Supporting warehouse and production operations as required

Approximately 80% of your shift will be spent on the FLT

Requirements

• Valid and in-date FLT Counterbalance licence - ESSENTIAL
