Job summary

The Best Connection are recruiting reliable and dedicated Counterbalance Forklift Truck drivers for night shifts in the Gloucester area to support a cold store logistics operation. A valid Counterbalance FLT licence is essential and experience in a cold store environment is preferred.

The role offers rotating 6pm-6am shifts with 4 on 4 off pattern and overtime opportunities. Benefits include weekly pay, generous leave, pension contributions, and online payslips.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence is essential.
• Experience operating a counterbalance forklift in a warehouse setting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.
• Unloading and loading lorries.
• Move frozen stock around the warehouse.
• Perform general warehouse duties as required.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, tidy and organised.
• Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
