Pertemps Loughborough Commercial is recruiting experienced FLT Drivers for a Derby-based role at East Midlands Gateway (DE74). Schedules include 4 on 4 off with day and night shifts (06:30–18:30 / 18:30–06:30). Roles involve Counterbalance or Reach trucks, pallet movement, and stock handling in an ambient warehouse environment.

Immediate starts are available with genuine long-term prospects and temp-to-perm opportunities. Public transport links to the DE74 site are accessible.

Qualifications

• Applicants must hold forklift certification and demonstrate safe truck handling.
• Experience operating Counterbalance or Reach FLTs is required.
• Ability to move pallets and stock within a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate Counterbalance or Reach FLTs.
• Move pallets around the warehouse and stock production lines.
• Offload and load goods as required.
• Complete rework duties when needed.
• Maintain ambient warehouse operations and safety procedures.
• Work to timed deadlines and targets.
