Job summary

Pertemps Bond is seeking an experienced FLT Driver/ Warehouse Operative for a Kingswinford site. Hours are 8am–4pm, Monday to Friday, and the role offers £13.18 per hour. You will operate a counterbalance FLT, load/unload deliveries, and support warehouse processes.

Applicants must hold a valid UK manual driving licence and a counterbalance FLT licence, with proven warehouse experience and strong safety awareness. Teamwork and reliability are essential.

FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative

Location: Kingswinford

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday - 8am to 4pm

Hourly Rate: £13.18ph

We are looking for an experienced FLT Driver/ warehouse operative to join our client, a manufacturing company in Kingswinford. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual with strong warehouse and FLT experience. The successful candidate must be confident and experienced operating a counterbalance FLT in a busy working environment.

Key Requirements

• Valid UK manual driving licence – MUST HAVE
• Experienced Counterbalance FLT licence – MUST HAVE
• Proven experience operating a counterbalance forklift
• Experience working within a warehouse or distribution environment
• Good awareness of health & safety procedures
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

Responsibilities will include

• Operating the Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Moving and storing stock within the warehouse
• Preparing orders for dispatch
• General warehouse duties and stock handling
• Ensuring goods are stored safely and correctly
• Driving company vehicles between sites and carrying out local deliveries when required
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment

Successful Candidate will have
