Role Overview

As an FLT Counterbalance & Reach Driver, you will be responsible for the safe handling, movement, and storage of goods within the warehouse and production areas. Your role will be key in maintaining efficient operations and ensuring compliance with health & safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload deliveries, ensuring accuracy and safe handling of stock.
• Move, stack, and store materials within the warehouse and production areas.
• Quality control of products
• Product wrapping
• Order Picking using scanners
• Conduct routine equipment checks and maintain operational standards.
• FLT Reach & Counterbalance duties
• Work collaboratively with warehouse and production teams to support business needs.

Requirements

• Reach & Counterbalance license preferred but not essential.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Strong awareness of health & safety regulations and best practices.
• Experience with systems and scanners.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
