Logistics Operative FLT Driver - 4 on 4 off Days

Join us as a Logistics Operative / FLT Driver at Inspired Pet Nutrition in Thirsk, North Yorkshire. This permanent role offers a salary of £29,724 per annum with a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.

Role Details

• £13.61 per hour (including shift allowance)
• 12-hour shifts, 42 hours per week
• Shift times: 06:00 and 18:00
• Paid monthly

Note: Own transport is required as there are no public transport routes to the factory.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, assemble, and load outgoing dispatch loads
• Unload incoming vehicles and store stock appropriately
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Follow health and safety policies and report concerns
• Maintain FLT fleet and report damages
• Keep the workspace clean and hygienic
• Assist with training and act as a buddy for new colleagues

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing or similar role
• FLT license (counterbalance or reach truck) preferred, training available
• Good literacy and numerical skills, fluent in English
