Job summary

Pinnacle Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced FLT (Counter Balance) Operative to support our industrial cleaning and warehousing operations at the Cheadle site. You will load outbound trucks, inspect products, and ensure safety standards are met while maintaining a clean, organized yard.

The role is full-time, day shift Monday-Thursday 7am-4pm, Friday 7am-12noon with immediate start. You must hold a valid counterbalance forklift licence and have experience in warehouse

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in warehouse or construction site forklift/operator roles.
• Commitment to customer service with good communication skills.
• Good knowledge of warehouse health and safety requirements.
• Ability to work as part of a team to coordinate movement of goods and use initiative.
• Experience working to tight schedules.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately load outbound trucks/routes according to pick sheets.
• Physically inspect the product for quality.
• Position trucks in the docks for loading.
• Ensure FLT pre-use checks are completed and logged.
• Keep the floors clean, tidy & safe at all times.
• Adherence to work schedule and attendance policy.
• Plant operations clean-up as required.
• Other warehousing duties as assigned.
