Job summary

Job description

Manpower UK seeks an FLT/Counterbalance Operative for a temporary post on the outskirts of Louth. The successful candidate will operate a counterbalance truck safely, support warehouse and yard tasks, move stock, and use scanning equipment to track goods. Hours run Monday to Thursday, 11am to 7pm, plus Sunday, 7am to 6pm, with weekend work each week. Own transport is essential, as no public transport serves the site. Applicants must have prior forklift experience. Pay reaches £14.21 per hour. Duties also include assisting across other operational areas when needed, so flexibility and teamwork matter. Manpower are recruiting to join a long‑standing team supporting the Warehousing and Operations side on Site. This role is ideal for an experienced FLT Driver looking to work in a busy and supportive environment.

Location Outskirts of Louth Own transport essential due to site location (no public transport available)

Shift Pattern

Mon-Thurs- 11am-7pm Sun- 7am-6pm Weekend work is required on a weekly basis.

Pay Rate

£14.21 per hour

What We''r Looking For
